Expert technical support

Shopify configuration, fixes, work on theme and apps, tracking, integrations with ERP and invoicing, testing, redirects, data migration. The work that builds and repairs.

Three ways of staying by your side

After launch, or after a relaunch, we choose together the form of collaboration that best suits your store and your team.

Continuity after the project

Senior consulting and Expert support hours to use when needed and top up over time: store evolutions, new integrations, markets and languages, campaigns. Taken on within 48–72 working hours, valid for 12 months.

Ongoing contract

For those who need a constant presence: reserved monthly hours, activity planning, agreed response times on malfunctions and monthly reporting. Minimum term three months.

Team training

Tailored sessions for those who run the store every day: catalogue, orders, promotions, markets, apps. On their own or within the other two forms of collaboration.
